Patience is the Lead for the Impact Terms Project, a free and publicly available library of innovations in impact investing terms and investment structures hosted by Toniic Institute. Previous roles include as Principal Investment staff at the International Finance Corporation. In 2010, she developed the Banking on Women investment platform to drive capital access for women entrepreneurs. Patience co-developed the first gender bond and co-structured a global $600M debt fund focused on women entrepreneurs. Patience is Vice Chair of the International Center for Research on Women’s Board. She has an MBA and a JD from Northwestern University.
